When searching for tops coats, we at KBShimmer wanted one that dried quickly, was super shiny, did not cause shrinkage with glitter nail polish, and did not yellow. When we found this top coat, it felt like finding the Holy Grail! Clearly On Top contains no formaldehyde or formaldehyde resin and no DBP, but does contain toluene. We received our first shipment and a bottle had leaked on a lot of the other bottles. We emailed them and within 10 minutes had a reply! They went above and beyond to help us and we had replacements in just a few days! I highly recommend them. The customer service was fantastic! P.S. we also LOVE the nail polish!!

Im absolutely obsessed! Oh Splat might be the coolest nail polish I've ever seen. Their neons pop so well! Their shimmers are delicate and multifaceted. Love the shape of their brush! Gah! Wish i could give more stars, just totally in love.
