Each Teak Bowl is truly a work of art. They are beautiful standing on their own or as Fruit bowls, catch all bowls or salad bowls, Intricately grained and available in different styles and sizes, each bowl is different, as we allow the organic nature of the tree to shape each bowl with a natural live edge. Made from Salvaged Teak roots, our bowls are beautiful, durable, and coated with a food safe blend of organic beeswax and mineral oil. These bowls have convenient handles and a diameter of approximately 8 inches and height of 2-3 inches. Tuckahoe Hardwoods was started by brothers George and Johnny Dent in 2004 out of an old farmhouse on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. After developing our business here in Maryland, we started some sustainable forestry projects in Indonesia, where we now own and operate our own shop, using only sustainably harvested wood for all of our products. Production is started there, and everything is finished at our workshop in Easton, Maryland.
