This is an exceptional fruity green extra virgin olive oil with notes of artichoke, green apple, freshly cut grass and almond. This freshness is followed by a slight pungency and a touch of bitterness. How to use: This olive oil is perfect on both green and mixed salads, fish and meat marinades as well as on grilled fish, cooked meats, grilled or steamed vegetables, fresh cheese or drizzled over bread.
