The Product is fine if you receive it. I dont know what happened but the communication with them is not great . One box arrived and the other showed a label created but never scanned in at post office. They were suppose to replace the missing stuff but I could never get a straight answer to where the replacements were. Just kept saying they shipped. I finally decided to just report the items and issue with FAIRE. Not worth with headache chasing missing product.

Customer asked for a custom design for ābrig life coastal (beachy cool) colors only pleaseā I made a custom of exactly that. When the customer received her hats she was unhappy with them because they said brig life coastal and because of the colors and sun which the sun is apart of this design. She tried reporting her order as missing for these reasons which I disputed through and won because her customer was exactly as asked for. The customer also assumed that our hats are hand painted even though the listing has dtf printed in the description. Iām so sorry she was unhappy with her order, but this was not my fault.
