Unfortunately, this vendor was my least favorable experience. Shipping took just over a month for a small order, which was disappointing. One of the mugs arrived with smeared ink, and although I sent a photo and was told a replacement would be shipped, it’s been nearly two weeks with no update or replacement received. The Let That Shit Go journals were also underwhelming for the price point — they’re very thin, The same goes for the mugs; MSRP too high. Overall taking a loss on this shop

At the time of ordering and through the holiday season, our turnaround is 4 weeks, but I completely understand how that wait — and then the delay on your replacement — was frustrating. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. Of course at the time of ordering, if you need the product sooner you can always message us and request the order to be expedited to meet your needs.
