The items we received were great quality and exactly as described. The only issue we had is there are a few items on backorder and they were marked to ship on 10/15. Those items have not been shipped yet and we have not been able to contact anyone to get an update or to cancel the items. Besides that, we would order from this company again.

We loved everything we received and it will be great for monogramming. However, 10 different items the pack list were not in the box. I can understand one item, maybe two, but 10? And different styles, as well. Faire refunded us but we hope we can get the actual items!
