Monopotassium Phosphate (MKP) 0-52-34 is a nitrogen-free, 100% water-soluble P-K fertilizer — a single technical-grade crystal (potassium dihydrogen phosphate) supplying 52% available phosphate (P₂O₅) and 34% soluble potash (K₂O) with no nitrogen and no fillers. The zero-nitrogen profile is what defines MKP: at flowering and fruit set it delivers concentrated phosphorus and potassium without pushing new vegetative growth, which is why it is a standard bloom-phase source in commercial hydroponic and fertigation programs. Phosphorus supports energy transfer, root development, and flower initiation, while potassium supports fruit size, sugar movement, and post-harvest quality. MKP also has a low salt index, making it usable as a foliar spray at concentrations that would burn most other phosphate sources. It dissolves completely with no residue and works in foliar sprays, drip and field fertigation, and recirculating hydroponic systems.
