I made the original Aloha Necklace with a perfect clam shell I found on the island of Kauai. Inspired by the Hawaiian rainbow state, I used the beads I had with me to string together a rainbow of Swarovski crystals, and the necklace instantly became one of my forever favorites. I love how the beads are bright and cheery, but much more subtle than you'd think when you wear it (I normally live in neutrals). I hunted the world over and found a wonderful carved Mother of Pearl scallop shell to reproduce my own piece in hopes it will become one of your favorites too!
