Description
Chimichurri Seasoning is traditionally used in Argentina as a dressing for grilled meats. We love this blend as a seasoning, dressing and marinade for ground beef, skirt steak, pork, chicken, and seafood. This blend is also one of our favorites on eggs, potatoes and roasted veggies! For dressing: mix 3-4 tbsp. spice with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 cup warm water and 1 cup balsamic or wine vinegar. Allow to steep overnight. For marinade, simply combine 3 tbsp. mix with 1/2 cup olive oil. Pour over meat and allow to marinate for 4 hours. Adjust quantities of seasoning blend and olive oil to taste.
