Organic Arbequina EVOO This White Truffle Condiment is made from our organic Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, infused with dehydrated truffle and natural aroma of Tuber magnatum Pico, the most prized white truffle from Piedmont and the Istrian Peninsula. A combination designed to preserve the elegance of the EVOO and express the truffle’s aromatic depth with balance and precision. On the nose it displays a deep and delicate aroma, true to the Italian truffle tradition. On the palate it is harmonious and enveloping, where the smoothness of the Arbequina serves as the perfect base for the truffle to express itself without harshness. A condiment conceived for finishing dishes. Just a few drops are enough to enhance pasta, risottos, meats, fish, eggs, carpaccios, cheeses or truffled potatoes, adding complexity and character without overpowering the dish.
