Pros: The thickness of each cookie is beyond GREAT! Good for shipping & especially customer handling. The size of the cookie verses price is also GREAT. They are nicely decorated. Cons: Plan way ahead because the wait is looooong but they do tell you upfront and it plainly states it on their page. The discount softened the blow as well has the free shipping. Sad to see they are no longer on Insider Shipping.
