They're great as a snack, baked into granola, or as a topping for yogurt, salads, or desserts. This rare superfood is a wonderful source of Fiber, Iron, Riboflavin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin K. Our hand-picked Afghan white mulberries are sweet, but not too sweet. Naturally sun-dried and naturally processed making them crunchy instead of chewy.
