The designs of the socks are great and the quality is good. However the catalog is confusing, some items are misnamed and it's hard to tell what is women's and what is men's. I also didn't receive one set I ordered, but my invoice shows that I did. Instead, they left off the invoice a pair I actually DID receive, which happens to be the one pair I want to return (again, thought they were women's, turn out to be men's). I can't though bc they aren't on the invoice. So service needs to improve.
