Wholesale Steep Hill Garden Vinca Minor - Evergreen Ground Cover, Drought Tolerant, 10-50 Bare-Root Plants

Vinca Minor bare-root plants (no soil or pot, see picture) Vinca Minor (lesser periwinkle, dwarf periwinkle, common periwinkle) is a low-growing evergreen spreading ground cover. Does really well on slopes to help with erosion. Plants are happy in part sun. Blooms in spring and fall in our zone 7a climate. Simple plant and use a sprinkler for a few days to ensure the plants do well.
