Vinca Minor bare-root plants Vinca Minor (lesser periwinkle, dwarf periwinkle, common periwinkle) is a low-growing evergreen spreading ground cover. Does really well on slopes to help with erosion. Plants are happy in part sun. Blooms in spring and fall in our zone 7a climate. Plants flower when they naturally flower for the period they naturally flower. Most flowers do not bloom year-round. Plants are guaranteed to be healthy upon delivery.
