Crystals for stress is my go to crystals to stay centered in the chaos. This set of crystals are what I turn to daily. The boxes are Kraft with a clear plastic top. 3 1/2” x 5 1/2” Sealed with a sticker and affirmation. 15 days to ship when 6 days were stated. 10 days max was quailed before ordering. No response with questions about current status, promotions, adding to order, or delays during that time. After reaching out to Faire to cancel order to find other vendor to meet needs, they shipped promptly and product was really exactly as desired. It’s understandable that there are slower fulfillment times these days but continued communication, managing expectations, and not overpromising goes a long way.

The product when I finally got it was good quality, it just took along time to receive and therefore missed most of the holiday shopping season. I also emailed several times and never got any response.

I have never encountered such a contentious company! All the products are beautiful and there was a lot of though and effort put into packing everything for shipping, sustainable and elegant.
