I ordered the mini candle counter display and the sign was missing. The company was very responsive in getting a replacement to me. In the meantime, without the sign, I was promoting the candles and selling them already.

LOVE these candles!! When we received them the wax in a few jars was all to one side and several had wicks that were not centered. Since we make candles ourselves we just fixed them ourselves. I'm not sure if it happened during transit or during packing, but all's well that ends well. We've sold several already.
