Hi Nicholas — thanks for your feedback! Just to confirm, the unicorns are 10" (26 cm) tall. They’ve also passed ASTM and other safety/quality tests, including durability testing (so they won’t fall apart with stretching) and material safety testing (no toxic chemicals), so they’re safe for kids of all ages, including infants. That said, I definitely want to understand what went wrong on your end. Could you share what specific quality issue you’re seeing, and a quick photo if possible? I’ll use that to figure out what happened and make sure we handle it better going forward.
