Extremely professional customer service.... they messaged us within moments of placing an order and expedited our first shipment! I love the ballet flats...even though they are not made of leather...they are quality and fit nice. The Gold loafers were a little harder to pull off..but even leather gold loafers are difficult! We will definitely maintain a relationship with Rag and orderr more fun designs.
