You can also use the small yoga cushion as a seat cushion when meditating. Like all items from the ECO series, the Mini Bolster has a cover made of 100% robust and durable organic cotton. You can remove the cover and machine wash it at 30°C. The liner is filled with buckwheat husks, which you can remove or refill as needed.
