These half star earrings made of handwoven Japanese Miyuki glass beads are truly special. Each statement earring is made from 3 separate diamonds formed from 14 distinct shades of beads and carefully sewn together to create a beautiful half star shape. Although large they are very lightweight and are comfortable to wear. A stainless steel post is sewn on the back with nylon thread. These earrings are handmade by women artisans from vulnerable communities in Medellin, Colombia who receive fair working conditions and compensation for their skills.
