Hello, I love your products, but I went to put the necklace on somebody and the clasp fell right off. I gently set it in a box and will forward you the pictures. I am also wondering if I am able to exchange to gold bracelets for larger ones. I did not realize I ordered two of them size 6 and they are way too small for adults. I’m sorry this is my first order and I just opened my store.
