Fulfillment was very fast, which is especially appreciated leading up to the holidays. Every item is individually boxed and ready for resale. My only surprise was the big difference in size on the diffuser pendants. Some pendants are about 1.75" while others are only .75". That's info I would like to read in the description. Would still definitely reorder.
