This blend is created with an espresso machine in mind, but can be brewed any way that is desired. It is a 50/50 mix of Brazilian Salmo and Honduran Copan coffees. This has a smooth mouth feel with tasting notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and almond. This coffee is a favorite for those who follow the Specialty Coffee Association. Available either ground or whole bean.
