Product sells extremely well and is great quality. The customer service is non existent. I’ve messaged multiple times with questions and have never received a response. I called and still could not get help. Finally had to have Faire customer support try to reach them. In time they did reply to Faire. But still can’t get replies directly from them with questions. My orders would be much larger if they would only reach out. Extremely frustrating.

We really can't say enough great things about Island Bamboo. This was our largest order yet and we were very pleased. This was the only time we had damaged pieces- from 364 items we had about 8 different damages. They were only to the extent of minor chipped utensils though. Faire does an awesome job of crediting or replacing all return claims though so we appreciate the easy process. Otherwise, we have only amazing things to say about the brand and how great it's been so great for our business!
