I placed this order in December. I didn’t get the order for a while but that was not the issue. The issue is that when I finally received my order there were 3 items missing. I message and they assure me it will be fixed. It took 2 weeks to get the other items AND IT WAS STILL LACKING two bracelets. So once again I contact them via message and they tell me they noticed it right after they shipped the second box and they put it in the mail right away. 2 more weeks-still waiting. Nothing.

Messaged brand a week ago and have not received a response to the following: How do you “unlock” the necklace in order to wear it based on the photo I sent? Several of the necklaces I have opened so far look like this. Also the jump ring on the right side in the photo is improperly closed as well on others I have checked. I can send more photos of them.
