Like all our berries, they have been chosen whole and simply softened thanks to concentrated apple juice. Meaty and beautiful in size, this blueberry is of exceptional quality, multi-purpose and very versatile (pastry, cooking, mueslis, snack, replacement of candies for young and old), combining recognized properties and gourmet pleasure. The Dinaric Alps are considered to be the historic cradle of red fruits. This mountainous massif in the Western Balkans is essentially composed of immense and intact forests, where these delicious wild blueberries grow abundantly in the undergrowth.
