Got a couple of items in damaged. Not sure if I was issued a credit or not. Was told to deal with Faire on it. I did report them but don't know if it went any where. I have reordered 4 times because the product sells and I really like it.

Great memorial products at great prices. Love the bunnies and yard ornaments too. Unfortunately the yard stakes are VERY fragile.. we had one tip over and shatter in store as they are real glass and the glass is not very thick. They shipped very carefully, it was a customer that knocked it over.
