The box used for these heavy items was a single wall box. Due to the weight the side split open. fortunately, the product was not damaged. A double walled box should have been used. However, the product gets a 5 star. Since writing this review the company has corrected the packaging problem and is now using stronger boxes. How amazing is that! They actually listen to their customers! They get 10 out of 10 stars now!
