This review is for the vendor, not the product. We ordered from this brand before and never had this issue. Our $327.75 order showed $71.25 freight at checkout, but after ordering we found an additional $88 duties fee and $109 carrier fee that were never disclosed. The vendor appears to be in Texas, but the order ships from China. These hidden fees make the order unprofitable. All charges and the shipping origin should be clearly disclosed before checkout.
