These are a great product. We typically put them in our window display and folks come in just for the metal lunchboxes. This shipment had a lot of damaged boxes, scratches to the images, dents, dings and smashed tops. We wish they weren't so damaged upon arrival. We will order again hoping this was a fluke.

Customer Service was great. They were out of one item but promptly let me know and offered options for replacement. I appreciated that! Quality was way better than I expected and I'm super happy with my order. :)

I love supporting a small business, but in return they need to also have knowledge of all aspects of their business. Shipping costs are 18.71%. When asked about it, I was told to have it shipped to a business. I suggested an alternate shipping company that is substantially cheaper and I have used numerous times in the past, but received no response. The items purchased were of medium quality, certainly not worth the additional 18.71% added to the cost. I consider this a one-and-done for me.
