Botanical Name: Anthemis nobilis L Aromatic Scent: The relaxing aroma of this essential oil, sometimes described as like 'apples and straw' is an exotic and rich scent. It is commonly accepted as the best smelling of the Chamomiles. Blends well with: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Lavender, Geranium, Jasmine, Neroli, Patchouli, Tea Tree. The powerful, sweet scent is a favorite among essential oil users to help ease children and adults to sleep. This oil is soothing and gentle, making it safe for kids when diluted properly. Chamomile Roman helps to ease tired muscles after strenuous exercise and aching joints due to aging. Add 2 drops of Chamomile Roman, 2 drops of Chamomile German and 1 drop of Peppermint to one tablespoon of body wash and add to a nighttime bath to help promote relaxation.
