hands down my favorite brand. fantastic products and outstanding customer service. on my last shipment, we had some product loss due to the winter storm/hard freeze. Art of the Root responded quickly and shipped replacements within 24 hours (in plastic bottles in case of another freeze). I'm relatively new to Faire and selling products. Art of the Root has set the bar pretty high.
