Historic cuvée of the House as it is where everything began for Champagne Bonvalet. Like the Yang, this cuvée represents momentum and action. Created by Guillaume in 2012 and released in 2015, the House decided to reintegrate it into its collection in 2023. 70% Pinot Noir 30% Chardonnay Deep golden hue with a long chain of bubbles. Generous and youthful nose with fruit aromas. Tonic and supple palate giving way to a fresh body. Fleshy and fruity attack. Brilliant and authentic cuvée with intense yet subtle mineral aromas.
