Green olive cream with mint and preserved lemon - 130 gr. Artisanal green olive paste enhanced with preserved lemons and fresh mint. 100% natural. Handmade. We preserve the lemons ourselves in salt for several weeks to remove any bitterness from the peel. Then, we add it to our green olive paste and enhance it with fresh mint. A summer interlude where cicadas sing at aperitif time. Fresh and flavorful, our olive cream is enjoyed on small toasts, to accompany a chicken breast, or a cooked ham sandwich. Net weight: 130 gr.
