I should have read the reviews first. I ordered Christmas-themed jewelry well ahead of the holiday, yet as of Christmas Eve a large portion of my order still has not arrived. The vendor did not respond to multiple messages but quickly denied my request to cancel. This delay caused me to miss the holiday season entirely, and if the items arrive at all, I’ll have to store them until next Christmas. I do not recommend this vendor for time-sensitive orders.

Was given one date, and then not sent out. Tried to reach out and did not receive a response. It wasn’t until I initiated a cancellation that they created a shipping label and still waited to ship. I ordered from them because of proximity to me and shipping time stated in shop. I never received a response from them. Tried to complain to Faire that my order should be cancelled given what happened but they side on the side of the seller. Also, quality wasn’t the best. I tossed and took the loss.
