Kitsch products was very good! And shipments was received on time as well! But the only thing that I was disappointed were the shipping fee. Because I thought it was one year free shipping once you signed up at FAIRE platform as a wholesale, and that’s absolutely I did. But I found out even my second order still they charged me a shipping fee. I already emailed the customer service team at FAIRE to update my status, because as they have said I’m a new in FAIRE it should be free, & $100 credits!
