Lovely Candy products are great; very popular with my customers. But waiting months for product refills is an old story… rather no story because messages go unanswered. Shipment dates change without direct communication and product remain unavailable for a very long time. I am always patient and supportive as small local makers are who I buy from, but patience is running on low.

Initially, I was excited to receive your products - then it took numerous weeks to receive my order. Once received I only received a few one out of the three orders, and it was not complete. Then I received an order that I did not order. While I like your products, I've had to spend quite a bit of time trying to straighten things out. I will order from you again, once items are back in stock, as the majority are out of stock.
