Our 67% cacao dark chocolate studded with crunchy freshly-roasted cacao nibs. Bold, brown, and fudgy, introduced by red stone fruit, brown butter and sorghum molasses. There is beautiful tension in every bite of this cacao nib bar. The chocolate is lush and inviting with notes of ripe berries, and a gentle warmth from dark brown sugar. Then come the nibs - nutty, untamed and full of character, crunching softly as they release their deep, roasted intensity. 2.5 oz bar. Display-ready case of 12. Founded in 2007, Olive & Sinclair is Tennessee's first bean-to-bar chocolate company. Our Southern Artisan Chocolate® is made in small batches with select single-origin cacao beans, slow roasted, and sweetened with pure brown sugar for a robust flavor. All of our bars and confections are handmade in the heart of Nashville.
