While we were happy with the products: the processing time was much longer than advertised. I have sent several messages about missing products: one being opened and two months later my order showing up (the day before Christmas Eve), still with no response. We will not be ordering from this company anymore.

Although we were initially charged for them, the wire cocoa sets never came. We messaged 3 separate times inquiring about delivery dates and were never responded to. When the chocolate pretzels and snowman cocoa sets finally arrived (a month after ordering), the pretzels were severely broken and we had to contact Faire support to ever get a refund for the product that was never received. Still never got a response from the shop. We were super disappointed with the experience :(

Fulfillment speed was slower than advertised and my two messages went unanswered. One product was substituted with no notice until it arrived. And the new product is not listed so I was unable to use stock photo for my POS or determine correct retail price. But overall I’m sorry I did not order MORE because it’s selling out fast.
