TOo bad because the products they offer are good but you have to wait 4 months or more. THey responded once for the 2x I ordered. THe first time I heard a big laundry list of excuses so I figured things happen and let it go and waited. Second time, same thing after a month of chasing the order I got 1 message with another laundry list of excuses. Fast Forward 2 months later and I siill have no product and no response from them or Faire

Our subscribers went wild for this jam! It's quite delicious and fun to bake with. However, the date range for the delivery estimate that I received upon check-out was quite a bit off, and I had to reach out via email, Faire messenger, AND phone before I got any answers on when my order would ship. Our subscribers loved this jam so much that I would order it again, but I'd definitely place the order well in advance.

EDITED: I have been visiting with the owner of Rogers Made to discover what’s causing the issues of unsealed jars. We are assuming it’s the elevation and will be trying to ship jars to see if they stay sealed. We love the quality and would love to carry them all! PREV: I have been waiting for over a month for the order. I received two items in my order of apple butter. The jars were not properly sealed in canning. I opened one jar to check for quality and it’s rubbery. Not impressed.
