My issue is with Faire not with Glick -I love their bags. For my $475 order ended up being an extra cost of $457 from UPS for duty/brokerage charges (even after Faire's duty discount of $322). I have ordered from Glick several times in the past, and as soon as I saw 'free shipping and free duty', I placed an order thinking it would be 100% duty free on me. Wrong!! Faire covers certain charges from UPS invoicce. US buyers, be careful and don't trust 'duty free' note on foreign brands.

I ordered and immediately received a response from their customer service. Delightful company and the product is super cute and a fraction of the cost of others. This is a new category for me - but I've done well with cards. Can't wait to try!

Glick product are high quality and beautiful! Our customers love them! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the import process has gotten out of hand. I've completed at least 6 forms to get the product through customs to the US. There has to be a better way. If ordering directly is an option then I would gladly do that.
