After several customer complaints, we found the paints were dried out and unusable. To check quality, we would've had to break the packaging before selling. The replacements had the same issue, yet the company refused a refund, only offering more faulty inventory. It's unacceptable to sell defective products and then refuse to take them back. Who knows how many faulty products we sold that were not reported back to us. This only makes us look unreliable.
