I am extremly disappointed......I have been ordering from JPC Equestrian for a while now and it is already a bit frustrating that there are no returns possible, now I received this pair of boots (a while back) I sold them to a client and the first time they tried them on, the laces broke on them. I already was a bit disappointed with the quality, very thin and just not very well worked. I did reach out and explained the problem and again...no return. I am starting to really dislike this company.

Once again we are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the boots and our decision on no returns. If you would have reported the quality sooner than August since you purchased them in June then Faire would have processed the return.
