I am satisfied with the products, however was disappointed with the lack of communication from the brand. My order did not ship on the scheduled shipping date nor was there any communication about the delay. I messaged the brand twice to inquire about the status of my order with no response. Several days passed without communication so I submitted a request to cancel the order. The brand ignored my messages and cancellation request and proceed to ship my order… again with zero communication.
