The Mayan Calendar The Mayan Calendar is based on the 121 day cycle of Venus. To the Maya, Venus was identified with Quetzaicoatl, the feathered serpent, and all ceremonial cycles were based on his comings and goings. Quetzalcoatl was never worshipped with blood sacrifices, Rather, he liked offerings of water, flower, and grain. Made from Fine Lead Free Pewter. Comes on an informative and uplifting legend card with a 33-inch long cord. This product is not Indian made or an Indian product.
