Terrible response time, product was fine but the experience with this company was nothing but disappointment and a headache. First, we received the wrong item and got no response when trying to resolve, then we tried to cancel the replacement order just to be ignored until after they shipped it and still have not received the remainder of the order.

It was nice to find some different collegiate items. Quality is good, ship time was fast. Found some schools other places don't sell. Will be back.
