This sweatshirt is perfect for all of the dog moms! This is a black unisex sweatshirt and is made to order. Since these are hand bleached, no two will look alike. Current processing time is two to three weeks for orders to be shipped. **There are no returns! There are times where a certain shirt color is sold out and I am unable to get it, if this happens I will message you. We can either choose a different shirt/sweatshirt color, wait until it gets back in stock or I can refund you.

I placed my order the last week in May. It stated that order fulfillment was about 3 weeks out. After not receiving my order by mid July I sent a message requesting to cancel if they couldn’t ship by July 21st. I never got a response and then half of my order showed up on August 8th. No communication from seller. The product that I did get is as described.

WORST customer service experience in my 6 years of business, no joke. No response for days and days (sometimes weeks) at a time. Order placed November 2nd, received 1st part on Dec 14th, the rest JUST SHIPPED this week to me (Feb 2nd). Even with Faire involved, it would take her days to respond to them even. If you don't mind waiting 3 months for product, getting no response back, no discount for being late, go ahead. Her products are good quality which is the ONLY nice thing I have to say.

These products are great! The Crewnecks I ordered were exactly as they were pictured and I ordered a jogger and hoodie said that came exactly as I expected! I had a few questions and they were answered on the same day and the products were with me by the end of the week!
