Wholesale La Rochelle/Quai Valin Lighthouse

Listed as a Historic Monument since 2011, the Quai Valin lighthouse has the particularity of being attached to the facade of a two-storey house with a Mansart roof, overlooking the Old Port of La Rochelle. Alignment lighthouse, it is in the form of an octagonal tower made of smooth white stones with a height of 24 meters. Initially 18 meters high, it was raised in 1855 in order to avoid being confused with the lights of the city.
