A suitable pH neutral ground for both acrylic and oil paints. • Creates smooth, matte and opaque painting surfaces • Water permanent when dry • Very strong adhesion and flexibility to ensure no cracking, rubbing, flaking or lifting from the substrate • Tints highly pigmented • 2-3 water diluted coats recommended

I’ve left quite a few reviews for Tri-Art, and I’ll continue to do so as long as I purchase from this company. One thing I haven’t mentioned is that when I’ve had to contact customer service, they have been absolutely wonderful!
