A unique product that customers respond too but there are a few issues. These are sold direct from vinrella with free shipping and returns on amazon, they lost my order until I reached out to them to inquire about the delay and my order was shipped missing 7 pieces but the packing slip indicated a full shipment and I was going to be charged for them. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they were flooded with new orders, but you will have to followup and compete directly with Amazon.
